Continued growth at Lincoln Primary School, created the need for an additional modular block (#2) and a new specifically designed classroom block (200 student capacity).

Landform Projects Ltd, after significant due process (due to R Wise's previous BOT membership), was awarded the design and Project Management of the Landscaping around both buildings. The new "200 block" is shown in the images to the right.

A significant additional "hardstand" area was required, as the school had grown to its final capacity of 750 students. In keeping with the theme already established, and due to practicalities, durability and aesthetic considerations; terracing with large areas of artificial turf formed the basis of the design. The inclusion of outdoor break-out spaces, dance/performance stage, rebound wall, shade sails and a bell tower plinth make the space interesting and versatile. 

Whilst the bulk of the landscaping was again BOT funded, this project had significant interaction and oversight from MoE. Landform Projects (R Wise) were an integral part of the project team.
